Job summary

Bolton Clarke in Maryborough is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support residents with high-quality, person-centred care. You will assist with daily living, mobility, and documentation to promote independence and comfort in a welcoming residential setting.

The role offers opportunities for career progression in nursing or leadership within a supportive, not-for-profit aged care provider. Qualifications include Certificate III in IS & Ageing; working rights and checks are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
• Experience in Aged Care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check required (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain residents' independence and dignity.
• Assist with self-care needs, mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
