Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is hiring Personal Care Assistants for St Joseph's - Coffs Harbour. Casual shifts include morning, afternoon, and night across the week, with a focus on compassionate elderly care and community wellbeing.

You'll work with a dedicated team, support with daily activities, and help implement care plans while maintaining documentation in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly.
• Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable team player.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our team. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. As part of a dedicated team who work hard to create a safe, home-like environment you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing

• Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
