St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore invites dedicated Personal Care Assistants to join our compassionate team on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. You will deliver person-centred daily living support, upholding residents’ dignity and preferences while working within a household team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar is essential.
• Availability for weekday night shifts and night shift experience.
• 6 months+ residential aged care experience (dementia experience) is highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare or similar software and good record-keeping.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.

About the Opportunity:

As a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant), you will join a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents at St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore.

Located on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore is a modern aged care community close to shops, restaurants and local amenities.

You will provide direct care and support with daily living activities, respecting each resident’s choices, routines, wellbeing and dignity. You will work as part of a household team to ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.

Things that work for us:

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
• Availability for weekday night shifts and demonstrated experience working night shifts.
