Ideal candidates have a driver’s licence, police check, WWCC where relevant, and first aid/CPR. The role offers flexible hours, orientation, and opportunities for ongoing learning within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Full Australian Driver's Licence holder with reliable transport.
• Current Police Check showing suitability to work with vulnerable people.
• Working With Children Check where relevant to client assignments.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or similar roles is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and hydration monitoring per care plans.
• Perform light household tasks: cleaning, laundry, shopping assistance, and medication reminders.
• Provide social engagement, companionship, and emotional support to reduce isolation.
• Monitor client condition, report changes to supervisors, and maintain records of care.

  • Perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping assistance, and medication reminders to maintain safe living environments.
  • Provide social engagement, companionship, and emotional support to reduce isolation and promote wellbeing.
  • Monitor client condition, report changes to supervisors, and maintain accurate, timely records of care delivered.
  • Travel between client locations within the service area, adhering to schedules and on-demand assignments.
