Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking warm-hearted Personal Care Assistants for Blakeney Lodge, Tumut. Be part of a not-for-profit team delivering compassionate aged care in a safe, home-like setting.

Permanent part-time and casual roles are available with a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within a large NSW/QLD network. Your role includes assisting residents with personal care, supporting daily living activities, documenting care plans, and contributing to a positive team

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent required.
• Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage.
• Willingness to obtain Police Check and NDIS clearance.
• Strong communication and compassionate nature essential.
• Team player with reliable and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including showering and dressing.
• Support daily living activities such as meals and social engagement.
• Collaborate with clinical team to follow individual care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive team culture.

We’re currently seeking warm-hearted and reliable Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Bodington, where we provide a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for our residents.

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting residents with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting daily living activities including meals and social engagement
• Collaborating with our clinical team to follow individual care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a positive team culture
• Providing exceptional service to residents, their families, and the wider community

What We’re Looking For:

• A kind heart and a genuine passion for aged care
• Strong communication skills and a friendly nature
• A team player who is dependable and proactive
• Understanding of workplace health and safety
• A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Ability to assist clients with medication would be an advantage
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
