Catholic Healthcare Limited - Batehaven, NSW is hiring Personal Care Assistants to join our local team. We offer morning, afternoon and night shifts across a flexible weekly schedule in a supportive, home-like environment.

You will help residents with daily activities, documentation, and care plans while building meaningful relationships. A Certificate III in Aged Care is required, with preference for medication-competency training, across 40+ NSW/QLD locations in a values-driven not-for-profit

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Preference for medication-competency training as part of Cert III/IV
• Kind heart with genuine passion for high-quality care
• Warm, respectful approach and confident with diverse people
• Reliable, positive team attitude and safety awareness
• Willingness to apply for Police Check and NDIS clearance

With a range of morning, afternoon and night shifts available across Monday to Sunday, there are opportunities to find a schedule that works for you.

As part of a dedicated local team, you'll help create a safe, welcoming and home-like environment for our residents. You'll be responsible for:

• Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
• Supporting day-to-day activities including meals, mobility and social activities
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them
• Working alongside our clinical team to ensure care plans are followed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and working collaboratively to support residents' health and wellbeing
• Providing high-quality care and service to residents, their families and our local community

About the Candidate

• A Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)
• Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication-competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies

• A reliable, positive and supportive team attitude
• An understanding of workplace health and safety
