Job summary

Migration Square is inviting applications for Personal Care Assistants in home and community care settings in Victoria. You will support clients with daily personal care, wellbeing, mobility, and safe living routines while upholding dignity, privacy, and independence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in community care and a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, with current First Aid/CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged care, disability care, or a related support setting.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience supporting people with complex or high-care needs is highly desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and overnight work where required.
• English language evidence may be required, depending on employer and visa requirements.
