Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged care, disability care, or a related support setting.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
• Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and overnight work where required.
• English language evidence may be required, depending on employer and visa requirements.
• Experience supporting people with complex or high-care needs is highly desirable.
