Job summary

Maryborough Community Aged Care in Queensland is seeking Personal Care Assistants to join a friendly team. You will provide daily personal care and support to residents, while maintaining privacy and professional communication with families and staff.

Flexibility is required for mornings, afternoons and nights. A not-for-profit ethos values collaboration, empathy, and continuous learning, with competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
• Police Check issued within 12 months.
• Demonstrated empathy and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care and support to residents.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff.
• Respect privacy and handle feedback sensitively.
