Job summary

Eldercare in Adelaide is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to provide person-centred care, following individual care plans and supporting residents with daily living tasks, personal hygiene and mobility.

You will work as part of a compassionate team in modern facilities with on-site parking, salary packaging options, and ongoing training. The role involves delivering exceptional service and fostering dignity and joy for residents.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification.
• Existing working rights in Australia.
• A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred.
• The ability to work individually and in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
