Eldercare Inc is seeking a Dementia Support Assistant to provide one-on-one engagement and care for residents living with dementia in our Memory Support Units. You will work with the site leadership and clinical team to deliver high-quality care and connect with residents and their families.
Shifts are as outlined in the posting, with a 24.5-hour fortnight pattern and opportunities to contribute to meaningful daily activities while upholding dignity and independence for residents.

Shifts are - Week: 1 Friday 15:00 - 20:00 & Week 2 Monday/Tuesday 10:00 - 15:00 + Friday 10:00 - 20:00 (24.5 hours per fortnight).
The Dementia Support Assistant provides individualized one-on-one support and engagement to residents living with dementia, mainly in Eldercare Memory Support Units.
This role will work closely with the site based leadership team with best practice and professional support provided by Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia, to provide high-quality care and support to residents.
