Queensland Country Bank is seeking a dedicated Personal Banking Consultant for the Weipa branch. You will assist Members with banking needs, building relationships and promoting products while handling cash accurately in a busy branch environment.

The role emphasizes training, career development, and a supportive team culture with a 38-hour week and no weekend work. Prior finance exposure is beneficial, but not essential.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Personal Banking Consultant to join our Weipa Branch.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing great customer service, and is interested in building a career in the financial services industry. You will be part of a busy and supportive branch where no two days are the same.

As a Personal Banking Consultant, you will help Members with their banking needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist them in achieving their financial goals. You will build strong relationships, solve problems, and promote products and services that add value to our members. You will also receive training and support to confidently manage a high volume of cash transactions.

This role is full-time based on a 38 hour work week. No weekend work required.

About You

• Demonstrated sales experience and strong cash handling experience
