Job summary

Australian Military Bank Ltd is seeking a Personal Banker to be the first point of contact for our Members, servicing their everyday banking needs and promoting digital banking solutions. The role is based in Stirling and is a permanent, full-time position.

Your Role:

As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.

In this role you will be expected but not limited to:

• Providing seamless end to end banking experience
• Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
• Referring mortgage enquires to our mortgage specialist
• Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidence
• Building relationships within the Defence Community
• Educating our members to adopt and use digital banking tools

About You

We’re looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.

• Previous experience in retail banking sector
• Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
