Job summary

Australian Military Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to serve members with everyday banking needs, including savings accounts, insurances, personal loans and credit cards, while guiding them through digital banking solutions.

Role is located in Albatross and is a permanent full-time position. You will engage members, make outbound calls, and refer mortgage inquiries to specialists, helping to build trusted relationships within the Defence community.

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience is required or highly desirable.
• Demonstrated comfort with digital banking tools and services.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy in transactions.

Your Role:

As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.

In this role you will be expected but not limited to:

• Providing seamless end to end banking experience

About You

We’re looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.

• Previous experience in retail banking sector


• Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
