Job summary

Australian Military Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to provide seamless banking services for our members. In this role, you will assist members with inquiries regarding savings accounts, personal loans, insurance, and credit cards while promoting digital banking solutions.

Your Role

As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.

In this role you will be expected but not limited to:

• Providing seamless end to end banking experience
• Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
• Referring mortgage enquires to our mortgage specialist
• Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidence
• Building relationships within the Defence Community
• Educating our members to adopt and use digital banking tools

About You

We’re looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.

• Previous experience in retail banking sector
• Tier 2 accreditation is preferred.
