Job summary

Westgold Resources seeks experienced Underground Service Crew Operators to join our permanent, full-time underground mining operations in Western Australia. These FIFO roles operate from Perth and offer roster options across our WA sites.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience in a Service Crew role.
• Current manual C-class driver’s licence.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months.
• Current DGSC (or willingness to obtain).
• Western Australian residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, extend and remove underground ventilation systems.
• Perform ground support tasks: mesh repairs, scaling, rock bolt installation.
• Assist with underground services installation (air, water, paste lines).
• Conduct hazard identification, barricading, and area clean-ups.
• Operate IT as required.
• Support jumbo, bogger and charge-up crews with service-related tasks.
• Maintain pumps, sumps and dewatering lines.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and complete workplace documentation.
