Healthcare Australia is hiring Registered Midwives for permanent full-time roles across multiple locations, including Melbourne. Base salary from $80,000+ with shift penalties and secure annual leave provisions, across a network of maternity services.

Roles involve working across facilities or block bookings, with opportunities to broaden clinical experience and support women and families within our network.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
• Ideally 3+ years of midwifery experience across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care
• Strong clinical assessment skills and commitment to safe, evidence-based, woman-centred care
• Ability to recognise and respond to maternal and newborn deterioration
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to different maternity teams and environments
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and compliance requirements
• Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one

Responsabilidades

• Provide midwifery care across multiple maternity services or be block-booked at a single facility
• Support women, babies and families with a patient-centred approach
• Maintain rostered shifts and comply with facility requirements
• Engage with our network of facilities to broaden clinical experience
