Bayside Mobile Physio delivers physiotherapy in clients' homes and in residential aged care across Greater Sydney. We see adults funded through Support at Home, NDIS, CTP and private arrangements.

We're growing our contractor network across Sydney, and we welcome applications from experienced physiotherapists You'll visit clients in their homes and in the community, providing assessment and evidence-based treatment, individualised rehabilitation and education, with admin support to handle

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• ABN, or willingness to obtain one.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Visit clients in their homes and community to provide assessment and treatment.
• Develop individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
• Educate clients and carers, and document progress.
• Communicate clearly with referrers, care managers and support coordinators.
• Submit timely clinical notes and reports.

The role

You'll visit clients in their homes and in the community, providing:

• Assessment and evidence-based treatment
• Individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs
• Client and carer education
• Clear communication with referrers, care managers and support coordinators
• Timely clinical notes and reports

Our admin team handles referral intake, scheduling support and coordination, so you can focus on clinical care.

Please note: this isn't a full caseload from day one. Referrals are allocated gradually as they come in, matched to your location and availability.

We cover Greater Sydney and match referrals to the areas you prefer to work in.

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• Professional indemnity insurance
• ABN, or willingness to obtain one
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• National Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one

Experience in community, aged care or disability settings is highly preferred.
