Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home mobility and functional assessments.
• Design and deliver individualised physiotherapy and reablement programs.
• Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy for pain management.
• Implement strength, balance, and falls-prevention programs.
• Educate clients and families on safe movement and injury prevention.
• Recommend assistive equipment as required.
• Collaborate with Care Managers, Nurses, and Support Workers.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.

You’ll focus on improving mobility, function, and independence through evidence‑based physiotherapy in a person‑centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy for pain management
• Implement strength, balance, and falls‑prevention programs
