Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking an experienced Cleaner/Driver to join the Building Construction and Maintenance team. You will clean a range of Council facilities, manage waste, and confidently transport cleaning staff between sites to ensure smooth operations.

The role covers offices, toilets, kitchens, meeting rooms and public areas, with a 20-hour week and pro-rata pay starting at about $1,248.18 per week. Training and safety are priorities.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, toilets, kitchens, lunch rooms, meeting rooms and public areas across multiple sites.
• Vacuum, mop and buff floors, empty rubbish/recycling bins, refill amenities, and clean windows.
• Drive team members between locations and support smooth delivery of cleaning services.
