Randstad Australia is partnering on-site with a dedicated client in Darwin to deliver high-quality, permanent recruitment solutions across the Northern Territory, including remote communities. We are seeking an organised, process-driven Talent Management Specialist to join our established on-site team!

The role focuses on end-to-end campaigns, on-site collaboration with client hiring managers, and meticulous candidate screening within a stable, in-house setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, scribing, or employment services.
• Strong admin skills with high attention to detail maintaining logs and databases.
• Excellent listening and communication, documenting notes in real time.
• Process-oriented mindset with strict client guidelines and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment campaigns from job advertising to candidate shortlisting and interviews.
• Conduct detailed telephone pre-screen interviews and document candidate responses for hiring managers.
• Partner on-site with client hiring managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder trust.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records, databases, and recruitment tracking to avoid compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with the Global Capability Centre (GCC) compliance team on verification and onboarding stages.
• Receive on-site training and daily leadership support from Darwin-based management.
