Randstad Australia is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to manage end-to-end permanent recruitment on-site in Darwin, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for a dedicated client and remote community placements in the Northern Territory.

The role focuses on structured processes, detailed candidate screening, and compliant record-keeping, with daily on-site leadership support and a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day WFH).

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or employment services outsourcing.
• Strong administrative skills with meticulous record-keeping.
• Excellent listening and real-time note-taking abilities.
• Ability to follow client processes and compliance steps.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment campaigns on-site.
• Conduct telephone pre-screen interviews and document candidate responses.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking with zero gaps.
• Coordinate with GCC compliance for onboarding stages.
• Receive on-site training and leadership support.
