Macadamias Direct in Australia is seeking experienced Farm Hands to join our macadamia orchard operations across Welcome Creek, Bingera, and Winfield on permanent full-time contracts. Duties include operating tractors and farm machinery, assisting with irrigation, spraying, harvesting and weed control, and undertaking general farm duties.

• Irrigation experience.
• Current manual driver’s licence.
• Ability to undertake physical outdoor work.
• Agricultural chemical licence is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and farm machinery.
• Assist with irrigation, spraying, harvesting and weed control.
• Complete basic machinery checks and maintenance.
• Undertake general farm duties.
• Work additional hours when required.
