Job summary

Macadamias Direct is seeking experienced Farm Hands to join our macadamia orchard operations across Welcome Creek, Bingera and Winfield in Queensland. This is a permanent full-time role.

You will operate tractors and farm machinery, assist with irrigation, spraying, harvesting and weed control, perform basic machinery checks, and undertake general farm duties. A manual licence and the ability to work outdoors are essential. Commit ment to safety and reliability is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience operating farm machinery or tractors.
• Irrigation experience is required.
• Hold a current manual driver’s licence.
• Able to perform physical outdoor work.
• Chemical handling licence is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and farm machinery.
• Assist with irrigation, spraying, harvesting and weed control.
• Complete basic machinery checks and maintenance.
• Undertake general farm duties.
• Work additional hours when required.
