Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Permanent Educator for our Warragul team. You’ll design a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children, lead daily activities and prepare healthy snacks, covering before and after school care as well as holidays.

This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, offering career growth and access to subsidised Diploma qualifications. You’ll collaborate with families and local schools to support wellbeing and learning.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and relationship-building.
• Willing to study or hold a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety Training and ECEC VIC Mandatory Child Protection.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children.
• Lead exciting daily activities to support learning and development.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Warragul! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. Plus, you’ll get to prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised to learn and grow.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training and ECEC VIC Mandatory Child Protection (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 7:00 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
