Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our team in Narellan Vale. You will help design a safe, engaging program for primary-aged children and lead daily activities across before and after school care, as well as school holidays.

You’ll also prepare healthy snacks to support learning and growth. We value courage, gratitude, respect, joy, and belonging, and offer career growth through internal promotions, training, and diploma study pathways.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and strong relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to study or currently studying childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Availability 6:00 am–8:30 am and 2:30 pm–4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Lead exciting daily activities and manage before/after school care and school holiday programs.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energized.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Narellan Vale! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship‑building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare‑related Certificate III or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
