Camp Australia in Larrakeyah, NT is seeking a Permanent Educator to join our after-school and holiday program. You will design engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a safe, compliant environment.

This role offers permanent contract security, regular after-school hours, and opportunities for professional growth and training.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare and relationship-building.
• Certificate III in childcare or willingness to study.
• Valid WWC Blue Card/Ochre Card or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.
• Availability 2:15 pm – 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design a safe, engaging, and compliant program.
• Lead daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.

Camp Australia is on the hunt for a passionate, Permanent Educator to join our team in Larrakeyah! If you're excited about building meaningful connections with children, their families, and the local school community, we want YOU!

As an educator with us, you will get the job security of a permanent contract and you’ll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement—whether it’s before school, after school, or during school holidays. In this role, you’ll help design a safe, engaging, and compliant program, leading exciting daily activities to help primary-aged children. Plus, you’ll get to prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks to keep everyone energised to learn and grow.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship‑building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Certificate III or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 2:15 pm - 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday.
