Qualifications

• Mechanical background required.
• Trade certificate and/or hydraulics industry experience highly regarded.
• Strong verbal and written communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and plant/machinery repair work in workshop and assist mobile service technicians.
• Serve customers over the counter and take sales enquiries by phone, maintaining high service standards.
• Be part of the 24-hour after-hours service roster and support after-sales needs.
• Relocate to Moorabbin or reside nearby to support local operations.
