Job summary

Timbertruss in Corio/Geelong invites a Maintenance Fitter to join our team on the permanent afternoon shift (2:00pm–10:11pm), alongside fitters, electricians, planners and a manager. You’ll work across three shifts maintaining sophisticated automated equipment and driving improvements.

As a leading Australian prefab manufacturer with CNC machinery, robots and conveyors, you’ll operate in a safety-conscious culture under EBA wages and receive full tools, PPE and uniform provisions.

Qualifications

• Must have a Cert III in Mechanical Trade (C10 Fitter).
• Experience in preventative and corrective maintenance is required.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience is essential.
• Background in manufacturing maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance on advanced automated equipment.
• Carry out hands-on improvement projects and repairs across CNC machinery, robots and conveyors.
• Work safely and support continuous improvement goals on site.
