DHL Global Forwarding in Sydney seeks a Perishables & Livestock Manager. You will own the department PnL, drive growth through visits and service excellence, and lead a high-performing team. Build supplier relations, ensure perishable compliance, and expand the sales pipeline while maintaining quality KPIs. Hybrid work is available after onboarding.

You will oversee operations, optimize processes, and work to maximize gross profit across files while meeting customer requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in perishables & livestock management.
• Ability to own department PnL and drive growth.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and improve service quality.

Responsabilités

• Own department PnL, drive growth in local markets with field sales.
• Ensure service quality and operational excellence; monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Build and manage supplier relationships to optimize delivery and profitability.
• Operate as SME for perishable operations; ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Maintain quality KPIs and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive productivity targets and GP maximization on files.
• Grow a sales pipeline and secure new business for the department.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by manager.
