Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Ability to provide person-centred care.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Commitment to professional development.
• Recent perioperative nursing experience as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in line with professional standards and policies.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across the perioperative journey.
• Collaborate with Surgeons, Anaesthetists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical excellence in a high-acuity surgical environment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication.
