Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Perinatal Family Conferencing Coordinator for the SESLHD. The role is permanent part-time (24 hours/week) at Darlinghurst, with travel across the district.

Remuneration is $65.03–$70.56 per hour plus superannuation. The successful candidate will coordinate the Perinatal Family Conferencing program, provide mentoring, and lead service improvements within the Violence Prevention & Response team.

Qualifications

• Eligible for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) or a 4-year degree in Psychology.
• Full registration with APHRA is required.
• Minimum 8 years’ post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the Perinatal Family Conferencing (PFC) program across SESLHD.
• Provide mentoring and supervision to facilitators and health staff.
• Lead quality improvement, evaluation and reporting for the PFC program.
