• Sound understanding of theatre technologies and venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the Performing Arts Centre.
• Coordinate venue bookings, scheduling and event logistics.
• Support the successful delivery of performances, productions and events.
• Oversee theatre systems including lighting, audio, audiovisual and staging equipment.
• Coordinate contractors, casual staff and technical support personnel.
• Maintain venue assets and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
• Build relationships with staff, students, families, community groups and external hirers.
• Promote a safe, welcoming and customer-focused environment for all users.
