Job summary

The Commission is seeking a full-time, ongoing EL1 Performance Reporting Manager, Business Unit (Affirmative Measures – Indigenous) based in Sydney. The role leads corporate reporting across the agency, manages the performance framework and delivers high-quality briefs for governance bodies.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate planning, performance reporting and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical, writing and leadership skills to influence outcomes in

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in developing corporate reports mandatory for Australian Government entities, such as corporate plans, annual reports and PBS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key corporate and organisational reports including corporate plan, annual report and PBS performance sections.
• Manage reporting calendar and ensure timely delivery of statutory and governance reporting obligations.
• Develop briefs for the Board, Audit and Risk Committee and Parliament on performance and project status.
• Lead the organisation's project management and performance information framework, ensuring integration and accuracy.
• Monitor strategic priorities and provide analysis on performance outcomes, risks and mitigation.
• Maintain and improve reporting frameworks, guidance materials and governance arrangements.
• Provide strategic advice on organisational performance and reporting obligations.
• Liaise with Commonwealth entities and internal senior management; represent the Commission at meetings.
