Job summary

Aperitif Agency Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Head of Performance to lead the growth of a premium portfolio of brands.

You will drive omni-channel strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and BVOD, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior stakeholders to maximise ROI. In a remote-first setup with only two mandatory office days per week in South Yarra, you will shape processes, mentor talent, and own strategic growth initiatives while maintaining high standards and

Qualifications

8–10 years hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns.
Proven track record of cultivating portfolio growth and leading paid media professionals.
Strong strategic capability with omni-channel campaigns for Tier 1 clients.
Excellent communicator with clear client messaging.
Extensive experience in people management and mentoring.
Experience with PPC marketing and data-driven optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage relationship and delivery team for a portfolio of Tier 1 clients, leading strategic meetings.
Develop and execute strategies to maximise client ROI and optimise CPA.
Create award-winning, data-driven campaign strategies in response to briefs.
Own department performance and account retention KPI.
Oversee media budgets and post-campaign analyses.
Lead platform beta tests and experiments; share learnings across the business.
Mentor and participate in hiring and staff development.
Assist in pitching for new business opportunities.
