Job summary

Batchelor Institute is seeking a Performance Management Uplift Project Officer to translate a new performance development framework into practical use across the organisation. Over 12 months, you will lead the transition from design to implementation, engaging leaders, managers and staff to embed consistent performance conversations and development processes.

You’ll monitor progress and refine approaches to suit our diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of complex organisational initiatives.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in contemporary performance development and management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from design to implementation across Batchelor Institute.
• Establish a performance and development approach staff understand.
• Build capability and strengthen performance conversations.
• Introduce consistent goal setting, development, assessment, and moderation.
