Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Performance Lead in Sydney to create an integrated view of performance across our Specialised Sales portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to understand drivers of outcomes, uncover opportunities for growth, and identify where attention is needed.

You will combine performance, financial and operational insights to support strategic decision making and improve portfolio visibility.

What’s the role?

Are you passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that shape business decisions? As Performance Lead, you'll help create a single, integrated view of performance across our Specialised Sales portfolio.

Working across diverse businesses, products and customer segments, you'll partner with leaders to understand what's driving outcomes, uncover opportunities for growth, and identify where attention is needed. You'll combine performance, financial and operational insights to support strategic decision making, strengthen commercial discipline and improve visibility across the portfolio.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the establishment of relationship pricing capability across Business & Wealth, helping deliver a more connected and holistic customer experience.

This is a permanent full time hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
