Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Performance Lead to turn complex data into clear insights that guide business decisions. You’ll create an integrated view of performance across the Specialised Sales portfolio and partner with senior leaders to drive growth and improve visibility.

This permanent, full‑time hybrid role is based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country. You’ll influence strategic outcomes, connect financial, operational and customer metrics, and help establish pricing capabilities across Business

What’s the role?

Are you passionate about turning complex information into meaningful insights that shape business decisions? As Performance Lead, you'll help create a single, integrated view of performance across our Specialised Sales portfolio.

Working across diverse businesses, products and customer segments, you'll partner with leaders to understand what's driving outcomes, uncover opportunities for growth, and identify where attention is needed. You'll combine performance, financial and operational insights to support strategic decision making, strengthen commercial discipline and improve visibility across the portfolio.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting the establishment of relationship pricing capability across Business & Wealth, helping deliver a more connected and holistic customer experience.

This is a permanent full time hybrid role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country.
