Job summary

Haltech Engine Management Systems in Western Sydney is seeking a highly motivated team member for our Sales & Technical group. This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for high-performance vehicles and electronic technology.

You will handle day-to-day sales inquiries and quotes, provide technical and sales support to dealers and customers, troubleshoot electrical and software issues, and assist with software/firmware development.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar sales/technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
• Strong networking ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Passion for high-performance vehicles and electronics.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day telephone and email support for sales and technical inquiries.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide technical and sales support to dealers and customers.
• Troubleshoot electrical installations, mechanical issues, and software problems.
• Occasional in-field technical support at races or customer sites; some travel and weekend work.
• Assist with software and firmware development.
• Prepare and maintain technical and customer documentation.
• Manage customer files and documentation per procedures.
