PeopleLogic is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Testing Analyst / Senior Tester to validate end-to-end financial processes across GL, AP, AR, AM, and CM in a hybrid Australia-based role.

You will plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing, manage defects, and collaborate with Finance SMEs, Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure successful upgrades and releases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software testing experience with strong hands-on PeopleSoft Financials testing.
• Experience in GL, AP, AR, AM, CM, Procurement, Expenses.
• Strong knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles.
• SQL for data validation and test data creation.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data for PeopleSoft Finance modules.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Identify, track, document, and retest defects using test management tools.

PeopleSoft Finance Testing Analyst / Senior Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Testing Analyst / Senior Tester with strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and hands‑on experience in test planning, execution, defect management, and end‑to‑end financial business process validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents.
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data for PeopleSoft Finance modules.
• Execute functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with strong hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft Financials Testing.
• Experience with one or more PeopleSoft Finance modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Management (AM) and Cash Management (CM)
• Procurement / Purchasing
• Expenses
• Strong knowledge of financial business processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in integration testing and end‑to‑end finance workflows.
• Hands‑on experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
• Familiarity with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials upgrades, PUM, and Image updates.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or Tosca.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and ERP testing practices.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases, PeopleTools, reporting, and interfaces.
• Experience in global finance transformation projects.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
