Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to streamline operations and deliver scalable P&C services across projects.

You will coach teams, use data to inform decisions, and foster continuous improvement in a complex, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in P&C Operations or People & Culture roles with an operational focus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including optimisation or implementation projects.
• Experience leading process and workflow automation using Microsoft products.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and P&C compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Comfortable working in changing environments and a commercial, business-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and improve the use of current HRIS and automate workflows.
• Review P&C operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Drive P&C process improvements focused on automation and scalability.
• Update P&C policies and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support P&C systems governance and project delivery.
• Assist with future transition planning for systems implementations.
• Contribute to HR KPI development, reporting metrics and bonus frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Provide expert technical advice and coaching to stakeholders for projects.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders to embed continuous improvement behaviours across the organisation.
