Job summary

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a People Systems leader to oversee CIMIC’s People & Culture frameworks, ensuring they are robust and compliant. You will optimise HRIS usage, automate workflows, and drive process improvements across projects.

This role requires coordinating governance, updating policies, and delivering insights and KPIs to improve service delivery. You will coach leaders and work with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in People & Culture operations with strong operational focus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms including optimisation or implementation projects.
• Experience leading process and workflow automation using Microsoft products.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and P&C compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and improve the use of current HRIS while automating processes and workflows.
• Review existing P&C operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Drive P&C process improvements with automation and scalability.
• Review and update P&C policies, procedures and documentation for compliance and consistency.
• Support P&C systems governance from triage to delivery.
• Assist with P&C process improvements and future transition planning for systems implementations.
• Contribute to HR KPIs, reporting metrics and bonus frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Provide expert technical advice and coaching on P&C systems for projects.
• Use data to inform decisions, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach leaders to embed continuous improvement behaviours.
