You will optimise the HRIS, automate processes, and govern P&C systems while developing KPIs and reporting metrics, partnering with stakeholders, and coaching leaders to embed continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in P&C Operations or People & Culture roles with strong operational focus.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, including optimisation or implementations.
• Experience leading process and workflow automation using Microsoft tools.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and P&C compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and process orientation.
• Comfortable working in changing environments and balancing commercial and P&C execution.
• Able to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and improve use of current HRIS; streamline workflows.
• Review P&C operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps.
• Drive process improvement initiatives focused on automation and scalability.
• Review/update P&C policies and documentation for compliance.
• Support P&C governance: triage requests, proof of concept, delivery.
• Assist with transition planning for systems implementations.
• Develop HR KPIs and reporting metrics; support bonus frameworks.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Provide expert technical advice and coaching on P&C systems and processes.
• Utilize data and insights to inform decisions and monitor performance.
• Coach leaders and teams to embed continuous improvement behaviors.
