Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking an experienced People Systems and HRIS leader to own the HR Systems landscape end to end, spanning HRIS platforms, workforce technology, automation and AI-enabled tools. You will drive evaluation, implementation and governance to support the organisation's strategy, workforce needs and employee experience while maintaining data governance.

In this role you will partner with ICT, Risk and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve workforce

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, ICT or equivalent with experience in People Systems.
• Experience with HRIS, workforce tech or digital transformation.
• Experience configuring and governing enterprise HRIS platforms.
• Proven vendor management and system implementation skills.
• Strong data governance, privacy and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR Systems landscape end to end including HRIS and automation.
• Lead evaluation, implementation and governance of people tech.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tools to improve employee experience.
• Maintain governance frameworks for data privacy, security and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Collaborate with ICT, Risk, Cyber Security and stakeholders.
• Lead AI adoption with transparency and risk management.
