Australian Spatial Analytics in Brisbane is seeking a part-time People and Pathways Coordinator to support employment programs for neurodivergent individuals and contribute to the company’s talent strategy. You will help recruit, onboard and develop participants and employees, while coordinating pathways to professional growth.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and ongoing engagement across teams, with a commitment to diversity and inclusive practices in a non-profit context.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating programs or recruitment and workforce development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Passion for empowering neurodivergent individuals and removing barriers to employment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple programs
• Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements using feedback and metrics
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion and purpose-driven work

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement pathways programs to support professional growth and workforce development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training and development needs
• Assist with recruitment processes alongside the People and Programs Manager
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring and ongoing engagement for participants and employees
• Facilitate liaison with leadership and external organisations to meet program goals
• Measure and report on metrics for people-centric initiatives and program effectiveness
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion efforts to ensure equal opportunities
• Coordinate workshops, networking events and career-building activities aligned with organisational goals
