Lendi Group is hiring an HR Specialist to partner with the People Operations team across Australia and the Philippines. You will provide expert HR advice, oversee employee relations, contribute to remuneration initiatives, and enhance WHS practices to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of employment law in the APAC region.
• Strong HR Generalist experience across the employee lifecycle in growing businesses.
• Experience in managing remuneration and performance review processes, including data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage employee relations issues and advise on fair employment practices.
• Perform salary benchmarking to help advise leaders, ensuring internal fairness & pay parity.
• Uplift WHS/OHS capabilities, including policy reviews and training content development.
• Drive people-related projects such as remuneration review processes and reporting.
• Design and operationalise people policies to reflect market best practice and legal requirements.
• Collaborate to produce monthly/quarterly reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Coordinate with finance for payroll integration and data maintenance.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention.
