Job summary

Publicis in Sydney is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support workforce reporting, HR systems and employee lifecycle initiatives while building skills in people analytics and emerging technologies.

You will work closely with the People Operations Director and the wider People & Culture teams, gaining exposure to BAU activities, annual programs and regional projects. A curious, proactive learner mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in People Operations, HR, finance or payroll.
• Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems.
• Strong understanding of HR/business processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience supporting people programs, and/or payroll and finance operational processes.
• Naturally curious with interest in how people, systems, processes and data connect.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular workforce reports and insights.
• Support compliance activities and ensure people records are maintained accurately.
• Assist with planning, implementation and reporting of People & Culture initiatives and programs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, guides and training materials.
• Assist with systems enhancements, process improvements and change initiatives.
• Support the effective use of HR systems and people technologies.
