Job summary

Bellroy is seeking a People Development Lead to grow our people deliberately and build onboarding, manager development, and day-to-day support. You will sit in the People & Culture team, partner with the Chief People Officer, and shape programmes, rituals and bodies of work across our global crew, with a focus on learning, growth and good decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years spent growing people and capability in roles like people development, OD, or HR business partnering.
• Experience running workshops or training sessions that changed how people work.
• Coached or supported managers through difficult performance conversations.
• Strong coordination and organisation, delivering on committed dates.
• Clear point of view on how people develop, grounded in learning models.
• Comfort with engagement data (surveys, dashboards) and turning numbers into insights.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in the workplace.
• Warm, candid communication style with collaborative approach.
• Bonus: frontline or retail experience in capability growth.
