Job summary

Bellroy is seeking a People Development Lead to grow our global team deliberately. You’ll shape onboarding, coach managers, and drive development programs across the People & Culture team.

You’ll craft frameworks for how AI integrates into daily work and support managers with practical, people-centered guidance. You’ll partner with the Chief People Officer and work to build a culture that learns, improves and acts with integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years spent growing people and capability in people development, organisational development, HRBP, or equivalent
• Experience running workshops or training that change how people work
• Coached or supported managers through difficult performance conversations
• Strong coordination and organisation, with multiple moving parts on track
• A grounded viewpoint on how people develop, beyond standard training methodologies
• Comfort with engagement data (surveys, dashboards, spreadsheets) and turning data into insights
• Hands-on AI experience: experiments with tools and guidance for teams
• Warm, candid communication style with emphasis on listening and advising
• Bonus for frontline/retail exposure and scaling capability in fast-paced teams
