Job summary

The Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration is seeking a Workforce Projects Officer to support People & Culture projects across the department. You’ll coordinate workforce initiatives, contribute to planning, reporting and workforce analysis, and prepare briefings for leadership.

As a Workforce Projects Officer, you’ll support the delivery of People & Culture projects that contribute to workforce and organisational priorities across the DMPE. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll help coordinate workforce initiatives, support project delivery, and contribute to outcomes that strengthen DMPE’s capability for the future.

You’ll apply your project coordination, research and analytical skills to a range of workforce projects, supporting planning, reporting, workforce analysis, and the development of quality briefings and recommendations.
